Research for a Franco-Moroccan cannery in Safi in Morocco, an engineer with a solid knowledge of anchovies (salting, canning) to set up a production line. The cannery specialising in sardines and mackerel wants to diversify its products by setting up this new production line which is very different from the traditional cannery.
Initially, in view of the health situation, it would be a matter of organizing one or more video conferences with the company's managers.
When it will be possible to visit Morocco, a short mission to the country would make it possible to assess the infrastructure, any work to be undertaken and the equipment to be acquired to launch this new production line.
A longer mission will then be scheduled for the launch of anchovy production.
