In search of international influence, the Cultural Festival EBASSA organized annually and in rotation in Cameroonian cities since 2018 seeks 1 or 2 twinning(s) North-South / South-South with counterpart events in the world.
The generic themes of the exchanges envisaged:
- reciprocal promotion of the specificity of each culture supported;
- technical exchanges and good practices in the framework of the setting up and material organization of the event;
- exchange of delegate(s) on the occasion of each festival.
