Within the framework of the Program for Inclusive Municipal Leadership (PLMI), projects have been carried out in different municipalities across the country, said Tuesday, Neila Akrimi, Director General of the International Development Center for Innovative Local Governance (CILG).

"Initiated by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities with the support of Global Affairs Canada and implemented in Tunisia by CILG, the PLMI deliberately focuses on the capacity of women leaders in business management. of women leaders in the management of local affairs and that of national institutions and municipalities to deliver public services that best meet the needs and potential of women and girls, "she said.

In this context, she said that the Canadian government has mobilized 31 million dinars to this program that has improved municipal services citing, in this context, the creation of a municipal market ination of a municipal market in Hammam Chatt, the development of sports halls and public kindergartens and others in the municipalities mentioned.
