Golfe 2, one of the communes of Lomé, will invest 4 billion CFA francs in community infrastructure over the next 5 years.

The communal development plan (PDC) was revealed on Friday.

The municipality is committed to improving the living environment, social services and the social protection and inclusion system.

Everything will be done with respect for the environment, said the deputy mayor, Edoh Komi.

To finance the PDC, the commune is counting on local taxes, state subsidies and the support of private partners.

The capital has 13 communes.
