On the occasion of the International Rural Women's Day, the University of Mostaganem (Algeria) organizes, within the framework of the activities of the International Consortium for Gender Equality on AUF campuses, the webinar "Contribution of rural women to sustainable development: realities and perspectives", on October 15, 2022 from 4:30 pm (UTC+1).

In the context of the "Gender Equality" component of its international program, the AUF and its member universities are working within the international consortium to achieve gender equality on campus.

This meeting is an opportunity to discuss the role of rural women in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to learn about initiatives promoting women's economic and social empowerment in rural territories.
