This seminar is intended for the many French elected officials who are in charge of international relations in their municipality, inter-municipality, department or region and, in general, for all elected officials and agents who are interested in Tunisia as a potential partner for decentralized cooperation. It is part of a pragmatic and concrete approach to the development of Franco-Tunisian decentralised cooperation.
