Actors of the Communal Approach to Agricultural Market Management (ACMA) phase 2 program, closed Thursday in Bohicon, the stocktaking workshop on the implementation of the Demonstration Learning Fields (DF), the Special Support for Agricultural Intensification (ASIA) and the input access mechanism of the ACMA 2 program.

This assessment workshop, which brought together some fifty participants over three days of activities, aimed to capitalize on the achievements of the implementation of demonstration teaching fields, special support for agricultural intensification and the mechanism for access to inputs. The work was organized in two major sessions on the assessment of the achievements of the 2020 campaign, and on the definition of perspectives and orientations for the 2021 campaign, with six (06) Panels, namely, the capitalization of the achievements around the educational demonstration fields, the capitalization of the achievements of the special support for agricultural intensification and the mechanism of access to inputs.cial support to agricultural intensification, the capitalization of the achievements of the mechanism of access to inputs, the retrospective analysis of the 2020 strategy and of the rethe retrospective analysis of the 2020 strategy and the results obtained, the definition of the 2021 perspectives to take up the challenges of improving agricultural production and the synthesis of the workshop recommendations.

Specifically, this workshop made it possible to take stock of the implementation of the activities of the Support Structures for Entrepreneurship (SSE) in 2020, and then to highlight the achievements and points to be improved (weaknesses).

It was also intended to synthesize lessons learned and challenges to be met, and to identify prospects for the implementation of activities to consolidate and sustain the achievements in the area of access to agricultural inputs and innovations for the 2021 season.

At the end of this workshop, two results were expected. Experiences in the implementation of SCP, ASIA and the input access mechanism are capitalized in the form of achievements and lessons learned.

Then, the main lines to take up the challenges in the field of access to agricultural inputs and innovations in the sense of consolidation and sustainability of the achievements in relation to the needs of the PEA actors are defined in the form of perspectives for the 2021 campaign.

During the 3 days of activities, the participants expressed their firm commitment to take up the challenges in their respective fields.
