Côte d'Ivoire/Construction, housing and urban planning: An information and awareness caravan targets six communes in Abidjan

In order to better respond to the concerns of the actors of the land chain in Côte d'Ivoire, the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Urban Planning has initiated an information and awareness caravan in the greater Abidjan area.

The objectives of this caravan

The caravan aims to strengthen the credibility of the services of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Urban Planning (MCLU) in the district of Abidjan, to accelerate the delivery of available acts, to inform the public of the existence of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Urban Planning, and to promote the development of the Ministry's services.deliverance of available acts, to inform and sensitize the populations on the CDA, the new reforms, the Building Permit and the Secure Contract of Lease for Residential Use.

"To give the right information to the users-clients, to answer their concerns and to reinforce the synergy of actions between the actors of the land chain".

This second edition, which will be held from 02 to 17 December 2022, will offer, once again, a privileged framework of exchanges with the populations. It will give the opportunity to the MCLU to travel through the communes of Bingerville, Cocody, Koumassi, Port-Bouët, Grand-Bassam, and Bonoua, in order to give the right information to the users-clients, to answer their concerns and to strengthen the synergy of actions between the actors of the land chain.

During this ceremony, Minister Bruno Koné explained to the population the actions and reforms undertaken by his ministerial department.

After the stage of the commune of Bingerville, which ended this Saturday, December 03, Minister Bruno Koné and his team will set course, from 05 to 06 December 2022, on the commune of Cocody.

Note that a closing ceremony will punctuate this 2nd edition of the caravan during the last stage in the town of Grand-Bassam.
