France/Saint-Fulgent. Actions for sustainable development

For the 3rd consecutive year, the community of municipalities of the Saint-Fulgent - Les Essarts area is organizing a sustainable development week and is proposing different actions and animations for all the actors of the area: inhabitants, companies, schools, elected officials...

From May 13 to 22, it takes place at the same time as the Pays de la Loire Mobility Challenge, which encourages everyone to change their commuting habits. Mobility is one of the major subjects on which the community of communes wishes to raise awareness. So, what better way than a challenge to encourage virtuous travel practices, says Jacky Dallet, president of the community of municipalities. He adds that the employees of the community of communes will participate in this challenge, so join them!

In parallel with this challenge, the community of municipalities invites the companies of the territory to a time of exchange, Thursday, May 19, starting at 8:30 a.m., at the headquarters of the community (2, rue Jules-Verne, in Saint-Fulgent). Participants will be able to discuss the choices to be made for the vehicle fleets of tomorrow. A practical workshop for sustainable mobility!

Throughout the intercommunal territory, free activities for children and adults are organized: eco-tours, screenings, activities for children, mobility challenge, reuse day, mobility workshop of tomorrow, nature outing, etc.
