Benin/Banikoara City Hall begins full computerization of its one-stop shop

Since Wednesday, January 12, 2022, a dozen agents and municipal executives of Banikoara have been attending a capacity building session on computer tools as part of the complete digitization of the one-stop shop of the town hall. This is thanks to the support of the National Association of Municipalities of Benin (Ancb) and its partners.

The activities take place in the presence of the director of financial and economic affairs of the town hall, his collaborators in charge of the mobilization of resources, the director of services to the population, the person in charge of the civil status, the head of the water service, and the head of the state affairs service.

The participants were trained in the use of the new software for the management of the one-stop shop, whose complete computerization is now confirmed at the Banikoara town hall.
