At a time when recruitment is under pressure, the Adecco Solutions Blois hub and the Mission locale du Blaisois have just signed a partnership agreement to develop access to employment for young people, in particular through the temporary employment contract.

Signed on January 13, this agreement (the second in the region after Tours) illustrates the importance of joint work between employment actors in a given area to accelerate access to employment for young people. In the Blois area, this is all the more necessary given the strong growth in the number of young people being monitored by the local mission (2,900 by the end of 2021, i.e., an increase of 10%, 27% of whom are minors and 50% without qualifications).

"This agreement is an additional tool to help us direct young people towards sectors that are recruiting, such as transport-logistics, industry or personal assistance," said Ozgren. Ozgur EskiI, president of the Mission Locale and Agglopolys' delegate councillor in charge of employment, integration and youth, was pleased.

For the 43 employees of the association, working in partnership is a leitmotiv and allows them to offer young people a range of solutions: discovery of professions, internships and immersion in companies, training, civic service, work-study programs or tutoring, such as the 100 Chances 100 Jobs program co-sponsored by 3F and the MEDEF 41. It also mobilizes the Youth Guarantee*, which helps young people between the ages of 16 and 25 in very precarious situations find employment or training.

"Our ambition is to help young people grow, to make them autonomous and emancipated. This is done in a spirit of benevolence and trust. This partnership will enable us to enrich our message, particularly with regard to the professional behaviors expected of us and the possible evolution of temporary work," said Thomas Prigent, director of the local mission.

The CDI temporary work contract, a lever for integration

Among the actions planned by the agreement, the temporary permanent employment contract will be an important legal tool. Like the traditional CDI, Adecco is the employer and the young beneficiary is guaranteed a job, a salary and a training program. "650 CDI Interim contracts were signed in 2021 in the three departments and 45,000 in France, 22% of which were for people under the age of 26. This is responsible flexibility," emphasizes Jean-Antoine Dureau, Area Director for the 41, 37 and 36 departments.

He was also pleased with the links with the Mission Locale, which enable Adecco's teams (about 100 people) " to get to know the social markers that are not visible". In other words, to forge a link with certain young people in order to "remove barriers". In addition to the transport-logistics and industrial sectors, these young people will have access to jobs in the construction and nuclear industries in 2022.

Ozgur Eski also announced the opening of a second site in the northern districts of Blois, after the one in Mirabeau. Developed by the HLM 3F company, it will be located at Place Lorjou and will make it easier to reach young people in priority neighborhoods. "The opening of Mirabeau enabled us to attract 200 young people. We go to them and consider them. Nothing is ever lost for them," said the elected official, who has also chaired the regional association of local missions in the CVL region since last September.

For young people in rural areas, a local mission vehicle will soon be on the road. Acquired thanks to the apprenticeship tax (€36,000 received over three years), it will be used to present the services offered by the local Mission, in particular the global support (health, housing, etc.).

*This device will be replaced on March 1 by the contract of youth commitment which will include the payment of an allowance of € 500 per month for 15 to 20 hours of training per week.
