According to the words of Eric Aimé Niat, mayor of the capital city of the department of Ndé, this project is part of his vision, which is to make "Bangangté, a city of light".

In order to make this project concrete, which will undoubtedly meet the real needs for optimal coverage of the territory in electricity, it is important to note that this project is in line with one of the promises of the mission of Mayor Eric Niat in Europe, a few days ago.
