In accordance with the will of the President of the Regional Council of Aries to relocate the sessions in the various departments that make up Aries, the 4th ordinary session of the council was held in Djékanou, Friday, September 24, 2021. Regarding the three-year program 2022-2024, the Director of Planning, Mr. Malan said it will cost an overall 4,978,927,750,000 FCFA "The draft three-year program 2022-2024 has 30 actions. The total cost of these actions is estimated at 822,750,000 FCFA. They will be financed by Title I of future budgets (state subsidies)," he noted before commenting on the operations "As for the operations: the draft three-year program 2022-2024, has 93 operations. They are distributed as follows: 63 operations renewed with a financing of 3 616 206 000 FCFA; 30 new operations with a financing of 1 361 899 000 FCFA. The costs of operations over the programming period are as follows: 2022: CFAF 2,734,043,000; 2023: CFAF 1,122,031,000; 2024: CFAF 1,122,031,000.

It was with a call for cohesion, unity and peace that President Yéboué Pascal closed the 4th session under the approving eye of the prefectural body led by the prefect of Tiébissou.
